Main Duties: Maintain and increase share at current customers Identify and deliver new pieces of business by working on projects with R&D and Purchasing Negotiate pricing and terms Develop and execute account plans Expand Customer Base Prospect for new customers via leads from trade shows, webinars, seminars, etc. Establish new business relationships with valid new customer contacts Present Croda professionally throughout the industry Maintain Regional Market Knowledge Maintain knowledge of competitive situations Report all customer activity with the CRM system Attend industry events Ideal person for our Client: Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology or Engineering, Material Engineering or related field Fluent in Polish and English 2-5 years chemical sales experience is required Willingness to intensive travel internally and abroad Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills required Strong business acumen Must be proactive Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team What can we offer you?
